New admin checklist
1. View our Welcome Pack for new Tarmika Admins!

2. Work with your Implementation Specialist to get your Tarmika account created
- You will receive an email from your dedicated Tarmika Implementation specialist with all the information required to get your agency set up on Tarmika. You’ll be asked to provide information on your users and carrier appointments. Our team will then work with our carrier partners to activate your codes for use on Tarmika. There is usually a 5 day turn around to get all your codes activated on the account.
3. New agency training
- All new agencies to Tarmika are encouraged to meet with our Implementation team for a Tarmika onboarding and account set up session after your account is set up on Tarmika. Training is approximately 30 minutes where we will train your agents on how to quote through Tarmika, ensure your account is set up, and answer any questions you may have.

- We want to ensure your success so be on the lookout for emails from us on Tarmika tricks, tips, updates, and customized reports for your agency.
- Monthly Tarmika Updates and Refresher Training Webinar
- Join us for our monthly Tarmika updates and refresher training session! We will cover Tarmika news, show demos of new functionality to the product, and have guest speakers join us during the first half of each webinar then followed by a refresher training and audience Q&A in the second half.

- Office hours are a great way to get in touch with a Tarmika expert in a live, open-door session. You can get the answers to your questions in real-time, and the CSM can even open the Bridge and work through your questions with you.
