How to Reset your Tarmika password

If you've lost or forgotten the password to your Tarmika Bridge account you can follow the guide below to reset your password.

When you signed up for Tarmika, your account was created using the email address provided in Account Setup. You were then sent our Welcome Email. This email includes a link to login to the Bridge and a link to Set Your Password.   

Tip: Be sure to add support@tarmika.com to your email account's contact list. This ensures you receive important notifications about your account and replies from Customer Support. 

Steps to Resetting your Password:


  1. Select “Forgot my password/Reset my password” on the login screen here

  2. Enter the email address associated with Tarmika account

  3. Enter OTP (One Time Password)

    1. We send a OTP to the email associated with your Tarmika account for help restoring access 

  4. Create a new password

    1. Secure password tips:

      1. Use at least 8 characters, a combination of numbers and letters is best. Do not use dictionary words, your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number or other personal information that can be easily obtained. Do not use the same password for multiple online accounts.

    2. Sign in using your updated Tarmika credentials

Important: Type in the OTP manually - do not copy & paste

Reminder: When resetting your password you can’t use any of your previous 5 passwords

I'm seeing an error message

“Email Address Invalid”

This message means the email address you entered is incorrect and/or we can’t find a Tarmika account associated with the email address you entered. To resolve this:

  1. Check the email address field on the login screen for any typos.
