I can't log in

Tarmika requires a username and password to log in to the Platform. If you have trouble logging into Tarmika, follow this guide to troubleshoot.

I forgot my password

If you can't log in because you lost your password, you’ll need to reset your password. For more information, visit Resetting your Tarmika Password.

I forgot my username

Your username for Tarmika is the email address associated with your account. If you forgot your email address you can contact our support team here

I'm seeing an error message


“Unable to authenticate your credentials”

This message means either the password you entered is incorrect, or we can’t find a Tarmika account associated with the email address you entered. To resolve this:

  1. Check the email address field on the login screen for any typos.
  2. Try resetting your password

If you tried the steps above and still can't log in, fill out this form to help us find your account. After verifying your account, a Success Representative will work with you to resolve the issue.


"The password is incorrect"

This message means the password you entered doesn't match what's in our system. To resolve this:

  1. Try again and be mindful of typos
  2. Reset your password

I didn't receive a password reset email

After you follow the steps to reset your password, we'll send you a password reset link using the email address you used to create your account.


If you didn't receive this email:

  1. Check your email's Spam or Junk folder
  2. Add support@tarmika.com to your email account's contacts

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you can fill out this form and we will help reset your account. 

Note: For security reasons, Success Representatives can't share previous login information, such as prior passwords.
